Welcome to the support site for practice educators in Sport Rehabilitation Practice
This section for Sport Rehab mentors is currently being constructed, apologies for any inconvenience. Please check again soon.
This website is designed for practice educators that support General practice Nursing students from London South Bank University. Practice education is a key component of delivering courses for General practice in Sport Rehabilitation and therefore a high priority for the School. Practice placements account for a third of all courses leading to registration as an Sport Rehab.
The information on this website aims to support practice educators supervising students learning in practice. On this site there is information about the programmes students are studying, practice learning, assessing students on placement as well as placement documents.
The programme offers preparation of practice educators as well as continual support through placement briefings and refresher days. We also value our relationships with our placement providers and have two placement coordinators and managers’ meetings each year. The dates for all our practice educators preparation and meetings are available on this site.
